Heavy-Duty Horizontal Blender/Mixer
The heavy-duty horizontal blender/mixer is well designed and simple in operation. It is used in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Food/Confectionary Industries to mix two pulverized powders thoroughly and homogeneously.
The machine’s uniqueness lies in its Ribbon-type Blades with C.I. Spiders. The gap between the ribbon’s outer edge and the internal wall of the container ranges from 3 to 6 mm depending on the application.
The ribbon spiral agitator is powered by a drive system comprised of a motor, gearbox, and couplings.
The Blender is fabricated from M.S. or S.S. material as per the requirement. The outer case and the mixing blade are manufactured from M.S. or S.S. material according to the need. The side plate and the supporting stand are of M.S. material.

Our washing machines have an inner and outer cylinder made of premium stainless steel and are automatic reversing types. In addition to a water level gauge, a steam gauge, a soap or chemical insertion point, and a wastewater exit, the outer cylinder has provisions for inlet, steam inlet, and soap or chemical insertion. To ensure stability and dependability, the complete assembly is placed on robust M.S. Channel with self-designed pedestals (Bearing Housing).

In a shell and tube heat exchanger, where two working fluids exchange heat through thermal contact, the tubes are housed in a cylindrical shell. The temperature difference between the fluids inside the shell and tubes drives the heat exchange. Our Filter Presses boast a robust construction, employing a combination of M.S. (Mild Steel) and C.I. (Cast Iron) structure, along with options for C.I. plates, frames, or P.P. (Polypropylene) plates and frames to suit specific requirements. The plates are sturdily supported by horizontal parallel bars, connected to end supports within an M.I./C.I. structure. The number of plates and frames can be tailored to achieve the desired capacity.
We offer Filter Presses in various configurations, including washable and non-washable types, ensuring versatility for different filtration needs. You can also choose between open delivery or closed delivery systems, based on your operational preferences. Additionally, we provide the flexibility to opt for a Filter Press equipped with either a hydraulic closing device or a ratchet-type closing device, according to your convenience.
For specific products that demand precise temperature control during the filtration process, we offer specialized Filter Presses with provisions for a jacket.
